Anomali is seeking a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join its US Customer Success team. The TAM serves as the primary owner of a customer's adoption journey from onboarding through full production maturity, combining deep technical expertise with executive presence to build lasting relationships with analysts, directors, and CISOs. You will be responsible for driving customer adoption of Anomali's Intelligence-Native Agentic SOC Platform, which unifies a security data lake, threat intelligence, and agentic AI. Key responsibilities include: - Serve as a power user of the Anomali Platform, helping customers achieve their security operations and threat intelligence goals - Own and drive the complete customer adoption lifecycle, serving as the single accountable owner of outcomes - Plan and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs) with senior stakeholders, translating technical usage into business value and security outcomes - Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships, surfacing them to CSM and AE partners - Address customer technical requests and proactively identify and resolve issues - Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to ensure successful platform usage - Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable to their goals - Serve as the customer's internal advocate and champion - Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders - Collaborate with Onboarding Engineers, Technical Support, Engineering, Sales, and Product Management to ensure exceptional customer experience - Willing to travel up to 25% of the time The position is fully remote within the US, though candidates local to the Bay Area may work a hybrid schedule at the Redwood City, CA headquarters. QUALIFICATIONS: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 3+ years relevant experience in lieu of degree) - Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO level), including running QBRs/EBRs that connect technical adoption to business outcomes - 5+ years proven experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology companies with cybersecurity focus - Deep expertise with security technologies including SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, and security controls & logs - Significant experience working in enterprise accounts, SecOps, and Threat Intelligence - Expertise with at least one SIEM product (Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, etc.) including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization - Strong grasp of networking concepts and proficiency with various operating systems - Proficiency with relevant log telemetry (network, identity, etc.) - Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as a lead and team player; adept influencer at senior executive level - Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; enjoys solving technical and challenging issues - Works well under pressure with high operational tempo - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences - Experience with tools like Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA - Must not require visa sponsorship to work in the US
