RiverBank, a fast-growing Luxembourg-based financial services company focused on serving established SMEs across Europe, is seeking an experienced Loan Originator to join its high-performing Sales team. You will be responsible for originating loans from Dutch corporate and real estate customers, managing key client relationships, and driving the bank's growth in the Netherlands, Luxembourg, and France markets.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and maintaining a network of clients and intermediaries (advisors, investors, banks) for loan products in the Netherlands
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities for loan products
- Engaging with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and structuring deals that align with the company's risk appetite
- Generating a portfolio of high-quality loans with Dutch borrowers
- Building a network of co-investors and credit deposits in the Netherlands
- Collaborating with internal teams to close sourced loans
- Maintaining strong, ongoing client relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Providing regular sales reports and updates to management
- Staying current with loan products and market trends, feeding insights back into the organization
- Acting as Key Account Executive for major clients and shaping the bank's origination and cross-selling capability

Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sales management and relationship management in the Financial Services industry
- Native-level Dutch and fluent English (other European languages are advantageous)
- Ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal, planning, and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle complex problems involving multiple facets and variables in non-standardized situations
- Initiative, high energy, desire to succeed, enthusiasm, and passion to inspire others
