As Senior Account Executive Lead, you will report to the Head of Sales EMEA and lead a team of 10 Account Executives based across Paris, Amsterdam, and Dubai. Your team is on the front line of supply growth—prospecting, acquiring, and signing the region's best attractions and activity partners to build lasting relationships and create strategic supply advantages. Your core responsibilities include: • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 10 Account Executives to consistently hit and exceed new supplier acquisition and revenue targets. • Build a disciplined operating rhythm with weekly pipeline reviews, forecast accuracy checks, activity and conversion dashboards, call coaching, and deal strategy sessions. • Drive sales process excellence by identifying and scaling opportunities across the funnel: outreach tactics, pitch quality, objection handling, pricing/terms negotiations, deal cycle management. • Ensure high-quality CRM hygiene and data integrity; leverage sales tools including Salesforce and sales enablement platforms for forecasting, capacity planning, and performance insights. • Partner cross-functionally with Content, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and Finance to remove roadblocks, accelerate onboarding, and scale repeatable playbooks. • Lead hiring, onboarding, and continuous development of high performers; foster an inclusive, high-trust, high-ownership team culture grounded in ethics and customer impact. You'll work in a hybrid model with three days in-office collaboration (Monday, Tuesday, Thursday) and two days of optional at-home focus time. The role offers annual personal growth budgets, mentorship programs, quarterly team events, monthly transportation and fitness budgets, language reimbursement, and the ability to work remotely for 30 days per year. REQUIREMENTS: • 5+ years in B2B sales, including 2+ years leading high-velocity new business teams (SDR/AE or field acquisition) with a strong record of exceeding targets. • Strong operational leader who builds repeatable systems, improves KPIs across the funnel (activity, conversion, cycle time, forecast accuracy), and scales best practices. • Excellent written and verbal communication in English; native-level fluency in French required. • Exceptional coach and communicator who uplevels objection handling, negotiation, and executive storytelling; runs effective deal reviews and call coaching. • Data-driven and process-oriented; comfortable with sales tools and software including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools for forecasting and performance management. • Skilled negotiator with a win-win mentality; comfortable creating constructive tension and closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals. • Deep curiosity and business acumen; ties proposals to ROI, efficiency, and risk; adapts messaging to supplier leadership. • Thrives in fast-paced, international, entrepreneurial environments; models high ethics, resilience, and accountability. • Travel industry, marketplace, or travel tech experience is a plus; relevant network in tourism is an advantage. • Energized by AI: comfortable working with AI tools, bringing your team along, building intuition through hands-on trials, and turning learnings into real improvements to team workflows.
