Salary: USD 150,000 - 180,000 / annual
Anomali is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join the US Customer Success team. You will be the primary owner of customer adoption journeys from onboarding through full production maturity, serving as the single point of accountability for customer success with Anomali's Intelligence-Native Agentic SOC Platform.
You will combine deep technical expertise in cybersecurity with executive presence to build lasting relationships with security analysts, directors, and CISOs. Key responsibilities include:
• Serve as a power user of the Anomali Platform, guiding customers toward their security operations and threat intelligence goals
• Own the end-to-end customer adoption lifecycle, from initial onboarding through production maturity
• Plan and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and executive business reviews (EBRs) with senior stakeholders, translating technical usage into business value and security outcomes
• Monitor usage patterns and create custom dashboards to demonstrate ROI and best practices
• Identify expansion and renewal risk signals from usage data and stakeholder relationships, surfacing opportunities to CSM and sales partners
• Address technical requests proactively, resolve issues, and provide guidance to ensure successful platform adoption
• Manage customer expectations while holding them accountable to their goals
• Serve as the internal champion for your customers, advocating for their needs across onboarding, support, engineering, product, and sales teams
• Track key account metrics and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders
• Build reference accounts and promote customer advocacy
You will work with a team that includes onboarding engineers, technical support, product management, and sales to ensure an exceptional customer experience. The role requires up to 25% travel. Candidates local to the Bay Area may work a hybrid schedule at the Redwood City, CA headquarters.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or 3+ years of relevant experience in lieu of degree)
• 5+ years of proven experience in technical customer success, solutions engineering, sales engineering, or similar role, preferably in SaaS or technology companies with cybersecurity focus
• Demonstrated experience presenting to and building trust with senior security leadership (Director/VP/CISO level), including running QBRs/EBRs that connect technical adoption to business outcomes
• Significant enterprise account experience in SecOps and Threat Intelligence
• Expertise with at least one SIEM product (Splunk, QRadar, Arcsight, etc.), including implementation, configuration, integration, and optimization
• Knowledge of cybersecurity technologies and architectures: SOAR, SIEM, firewalls, EDR/XDR, security controls and logs
• Strong grasp of general networking concepts and proficiency with various operating systems
• Proficiency with relevant log telemetry (network, identity, etc.)
• Experience managing multiple stakeholders and projects as both a lead and team player; adept at influencing senior executives
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills; comfortable with technical and challenging issues
• Ability to work well under pressure with high operational tempo
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills; ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
• Experience with tools such as Gainsight, Salesforce, and JIRA
• Customer-first attitude; strong listening skills and attentiveness to customer needs
• Must be willing to travel up to 25% of the time
• Must not require visa sponsorship now or in the future; successful candidate must be authorized to work in the US
