As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving customer adoption and maximizing business value for Wiz's largest and most strategic customers. You'll manage a portfolio of up to 10 complex enterprise accounts, serving as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner throughout their Wiz journey.
Key responsibilities include:
- Act as a product and cloud security expert, staying current on Wiz features and industry best practices
- Support strategic customers through onboarding and operationalization, leveraging your cloud-security domain expertise
- Identify expansion opportunities and assist in securing renewals in partnership with sales and renewals teams
- Drive adoption and utilization targets across your book of business
- Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders at all levels, from C-suite executives to practitioners
- Serve as the bridge between customers and internal Wiz teams (Product, Sales, Engineering, Support), streamlining collaboration and ensuring cohesive customer experience
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, driving resolution across intricate organizational structures
- Monitor customer health using data and systems (CRM, log analysis tools) to identify trends and inform retention strategies
You'll need at least 8 years of experience in technical customer-facing roles supporting cloud or cloud-security products (TAM, Professional Services Engineer, Solutions Engineer, Technical Support Specialist, Customer Success Engineer, or Architect). Required qualifications include a B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience; hands-on experience with at least 2 major cloud service providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI); practical experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and DevOps technologies (CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code); and exposure to cloud cybersecurity with focus on AI/ML threat detection.
Preferred qualifications include 12+ years in technical customer-facing roles, advanced CSP certifications, security certifications (CISSP, CCSP), deep familiarity with cloud-security best practices and CNAPP use cases, and a proven track record managing 5+ complex enterprise accounts with executive-level relationships.
This is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the Mexico City office. You must be a native Spanish speaker with excellent English proficiency (spoken and written).
