As a Senior Technical Account Manager, you will serve as the primary technical advisor and trusted partner for a portfolio of up to 10 strategic enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for driving customer adoption and maximizing value realization of the Wiz platform throughout their journey from deployment through operationalization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary technical contact for your customer book, providing expert guidance on platform deployment, configuration, and best practices
- Developing and executing customer success plans with measurable goals aligned to security and compliance objectives
- Managing technical escalations and complex issues across multiple communication channels (email, Slack, support tickets)
- Tracking customer progress toward business goals and delivering executive-level reporting and quarterly business reviews
- Identifying expansion opportunities, managing renewal risks, and securing contract renewals in partnership with sales
- Advocating for customer needs by collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on feature requests and adoption blockers
- Cross-functional partnership to improve processes, mentor team members, and contribute thought leadership at industry events
You'll need 8-12 years in technical customer-facing roles (TAM, Professional Services Engineer, Solutions Architect, or similar) supporting cloud or cloud-security products. Expert knowledge of at least 2 major cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI) is required, along with hands-on experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), DevOps technologies (CI/CD, IaC), and Linux/Windows security. A B.S. in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience is required.
Preferred qualifications include security certifications (CISSP, CCSP), advanced cloud certifications, deep cloud-security expertise, and demonstrated success building executive relationships and exceeding performance targets.
