Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI, autonomy, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team. This role focuses on proactively identifying, engaging, and nurturing top-tier talent across finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other general & administrative functions.
You will utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover both passive and active candidates. Key responsibilities include initiating and developing meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging, building and maintaining robust candidate pipelines for various roles, and collaborating with hiring managers and recruiters to align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals. You will analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required qualifications include a minimum of 5 years in sourcing or recruiting with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles. You must have experience supporting finance, people (HR), legal, policy, communications, and other G&A roles while engaging top-tier talent. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in data-driven approaches, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools are essential. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment are required.
Preferred qualifications include proven experience in startups, tech, or related fields such as autonomous aerial vehicles (AAV), unmanned aerial systems (UAS), autonomous underwater vehicles (AUV), or weapons programs. Expertise with Greenhouse, Gem, various AI tools, and LinkedIn Recruiter is valued. The ideal candidate is highly self-sufficient, demonstrates resilience and creative problem-solving, communicates directly and succinctly, takes full accountability for responsibilities, and values continuous learning with low ego and high curiosity.
