Salary: USD 146,000 - 194,000 / annual
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company transforming military capabilities through advanced AI, autonomy, and sensor fusion, is seeking a Senior Talent Sourcer to support its SG&A recruiting team in Boston.
In this role, you will proactively identify, engage, and nurture top-tier talent across finance, HR, legal, policy, communications, and other corporate functions. You will partner closely with fellow sourcers and recruiters to build robust candidate pipelines for critical roles and drive the company's continued growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Talent Identification: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, market research, and social media platforms to uncover passive and active candidates.
- Candidate Engagement: Initiate and develop meaningful relationships with prospective talent through tailored messaging and personalized communication.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for various SG&A roles, ensuring a steady flow of high-quality candidates.
- Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand role requirements and align sourcing strategies with broader recruitment goals.
- Process Improvement: Analyze sourcing metrics and candidate data to refine and optimize sourcing strategies and workflows.
Required qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years in sourcing or recruiting, with a proven track record of hiring for SG&A roles (finance, HR, legal, policy, communications).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and influence candidates and stakeholders.
- Proficient in data-driven approaches to evaluate sourcing effectiveness.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and other sourcing tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications include experience in startups or tech, expertise with Greenhouse and Gem, familiarity with defense/aerospace programs (AAV, UAS, AUV, weapons systems), and demonstrated ability to work autonomously with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
