Hinge Health is seeking a Senior Talent Partner to lead full-cycle recruiting for the engineering organization. This is a strategic, high-impact role focused on building exceptional engineering and data teams across software engineering, hardware, data science, and data platform functions. You will own the complete recruiting lifecycle—from intake and role calibration through offer close and onboarding handoff. Working closely with senior engineering leaders, you'll translate business priorities into clear talent strategies, build high-quality pipelines for technical talent in competitive markets, and ensure candidates experience a thoughtful, high-touch process throughout their journey. Key responsibilities include partnering with engineering leaders to define role scope and search strategy based on business needs and market reality; using recruiting data and funnel insights to diagnose bottlenecks and improve hiring efficiency; leading calibration conversations when teams need to reassess expectations around level, compensation, or candidate profile; and influencing longer-term headcount planning by bringing technical talent market insights into workforce planning conversations. You'll also help refine job descriptions, interview process design, and stakeholder alignment to improve overall hiring quality. This role requires someone who is equally comfortable as an operator and strategic advisor—someone who can move quickly through ambiguity, challenge assumptions with data, and build deep trust with demanding technical stakeholders. The ideal candidate brings 3+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience with meaningful exposure to software engineering, hardware, data science, or data platform hiring. You should have a track record of partnering with senior engineering leaders on complex hiring goals, demonstrated success sourcing passive technical talent in competitive markets, and strong ability to use recruiting data to influence decisions and solve hiring challenges. Experience in fast-paced, high-growth, mission-driven environments—particularly healthcare or digital health—is preferred. This is a high-visibility role with outsized impact on one of the most vital parts of the business.
