Webflow, an agentic web marketing platform, is seeking a Senior Talent Partner based in Argentina to scale its Engineering, Product, and Design organization. This is a permanent, full-time role reporting to the Senior Manager of Talent.
You will own the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles across multiple teams, bringing a strategic, data-informed approach to hiring at scale. Key responsibilities include partnering with hiring managers to design and execute effective hiring strategies; sourcing, assessing, and hiring diverse, high-caliber talent across engineering, design, and product teams using creative outreach and data-driven evaluation; championing candidate experience through clarity, timely communication, and actionable feedback; collaborating with the broader Talent team on initiatives like interviewer training, employer branding, sourcing strategy, and recruiting analytics; and mentoring teammates to elevate recruiting craft across the function.
You bring 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with a strong track record of hiring across Engineering and Product organizations in dynamic, high-growth environments. You have demonstrated success sourcing and closing senior-level technical talent in roles such as Software Engineering, Product Management, and Design. You hold a BS/BA degree or equivalent practical experience and possess business-level fluency in English (written and spoken).

You excel at building diverse pipelines and championing equity and inclusion in every search. You adapt quickly to change, collaborating effectively across global teams while knowing when to lead and when to support. You care about funnel metrics and impact, using data to inform hiring decisions and support leadership in setting and tracking KPIs and OKRs. You stay curious and open to growth, actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
