Isar Aerospace, a growing aerospace company, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their Talent Attraction team in Ottobrunn, Bavaria. You will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements and skill sets, conducting and coordinating candidate interviews, and managing candidate pipelines to ensure an outstanding candidate experience.
Key responsibilities include developing and implementing creative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract top talent, delivering and tracking important recruitment KPIs, and being involved in personnel marketing and employer branding initiatives. You will act as a brand ambassador for Isar Aerospace and serve as a first point of contact for candidates.
The ideal candidate has a bachelor's or master's degree in business, psychology, or a related field, with at least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience with tech roles (7 years for Senior level). You should have strong relationship-building abilities with both hiring managers and candidates, thrive in dynamic fast-paced environments, and possess excellent communication and negotiation skills. Outstanding organization and attention to detail are essential, along with fluency in English.
Bonus qualifications include high-volume recruiting and sourcing experience in growing organizations, blue-collar hiring experience, in-house recruitment background, and fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, or French.
