ICON is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to serve as the primary TA partner to leadership and own core recruiting functions across the business. You will design and manage searches across Technology Sales, Customer Success, Batch Plant Operations, Logistics, and Field Engineering with a focus on building a talent-dense organization. You will be a trusted partner to business leadership and the HRBP function in org planning, scoping search criteria, managing the full recruitment lifecycle, and leveraging external resources. This role thrives in a fast-paced environment and requires deep experience owning searches at the senior leadership level. You will report to the SVP, People. Key responsibilities include stewarding relationships between TA and assigned business unit leadership; owning the full-cycle recruiting process and search strategy for requisitions within assigned business units; partnering closely with hiring managers to scope roles, define qualifications, and develop search strategies aligned with ICON's hiring standards and compliance requirements; engaging, assessing, and presenting qualified candidates while maintaining focus on talent density, business partnership, and candidate experience; serving as a subject matter expert on the talent market and ICON's talent practices; managing interview logistics and collecting structured feedback; facilitating kickoff, calibration, panel preparation, and debrief sessions; representing the TA function in talent review and org planning meetings; representing ICON at industry events to strengthen employer brand; analyzing and reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline data; and onboarding and managing recruitment resources including sourcers, technical recruiters, and external partners. Minimum qualifications include 10+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with at least 3 years focused on executive-level searches; proven success recruiting for G&A roles across finance, human resources, legal, and administrative functions; strong ability to operationalize talent density strategy into recruiting processes; excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g., Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, ClearanceJobs); and ability to manage and prioritize multiple complex searches with high organization. Preferred experience includes supporting recruiting in growth-stage environments and coaching hiring managers on talent acquisition best practices.
