Linx Security is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead and drive technical hiring across R&D, Product, Security, and cross-functional teams. This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on building high-performing engineering and product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Hiring Manager Partnership: Work directly with hiring managers to define role requirements, refine candidate profiles, design structured interview processes, and guide hiring decisions using best practices.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment pipelines from initial discovery through offer stage for technical and product roles including Backend, Frontend, Full Stack, DevOps, Security Research, Product Management, and AI Engineering positions.
Advanced Sourcing Strategy: Design and execute proactive outbound sourcing campaigns using advanced Boolean search techniques, AI-driven recruitment platforms, GitHub, niche technical communities, and creative talent mapping to identify and engage passive candidates.
Candidate Experience: Build and maintain a high-touch candidate journey with clear communication, rapid feedback loops, and genuine engagement to ensure every applicant feels valued throughout the process.
Metrics & Insights: Monitor key recruitment funnel metrics, analyze talent market trends, and provide hiring managers with regular progress updates and market intelligence to optimize hiring velocity and quality.
Interview Excellence: Train and coach hiring managers and interviewers on objective assessment techniques, structured feedback alignment, and effective candidate evaluation methods.
This role requires deep expertise in technical recruiting, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to balance strategic sourcing with operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.
