Scalable Capital, a leading European fintech platform with over 1 million clients and €30 billion in assets under management, is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to drive recruitment across the organization.
In this role, you will own the full-lifecycle recruiting process for diverse business departments, from strategy through hiring. You'll develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to build a robust hiring pipeline, working closely with hiring managers to define role requirements and identify top-tier talent. Your responsibilities include proactive sourcing of passive candidates via LinkedIn and other platforms, conducting structured interviews, and leading candidate debriefs to assess both technical capabilities and cultural fit.
You'll represent Scalable Capital at recruitment events and drive employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company's reputation internally and externally. A key aspect of the role is leveraging recruitment data and market analytics to optimize talent acquisition funnels and make data-informed hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders.

Requirements:
- Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition
- University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related field
- Outstanding organizational skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environments
- Business fluency in both German and English (written and spoken)
