Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking a Senior Systems Integration & Test Engineer to drive verification, automation, and operational deployment of next-generation Electronic Warfare (EW) systems. You will collaborate with cross-functional hardware, software, firmware, and RF teams to lead integration testing across subassemblies and full systems, ensuring system reliability and operational readiness.
Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining system-level test strategies, procedures, and test plans for EW product lines. You will perform integration testing spanning RF/digital hardware, firmware, embedded software, and application software layers. A critical part of the role involves designing and implementing automated test suites to increase test coverage, repeatability, and efficiency.
You will triage and troubleshoot system-level failures to rapidly identify root causes, analyze system telemetry and test data to reproduce issues, and validate software/hardware fixes. As a key technical liaison, you will deploy integrated hardware-software products and travel to support flight tests and system demonstrations at internal and customer-facing sites, validating EW capabilities in real-world operational environments.
Required qualifications include 8+ years of relevant industry experience with strong focus on hardware, software, and system-level verification and validation testing. You must hold a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field. Proficiency with RF test equipment (spectrum analyzers, signal generators, oscilloscopes, vector network analyzers) is essential. You should be comfortable with Linux environments, command-line interfaces, shell scripts, and debugging utilities. Programming experience with Python or MATLAB for data parsing, telemetry analysis, and test automation is required. Strong root-cause analysis and troubleshooting skills are critical. You must be able to travel up to 40% of the time and currently hold an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
Preferred qualifications include direct experience with Software-Defined Radios (SDRs) and EW systems, familiarity with wireless communication protocols and test methodologies, understanding of military standards (MIL-STD-810, MIL-STD-461), and experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
