Enpal is Germany's first green unicorn, building an integrated platform for decentralized energy solutions including solar installations, battery storage, EV charging, smart meters, and heat pumps. You will own both operational and strategic initiatives in performance marketing, including planning, creating, and scaling AI-generated advertising campaigns while continuously optimizing paid marketing efforts. You'll work closely with the management team, providing strategic input and mentorship support on key decisions.
Key responsibilities include identifying marketing projects and developing independent strategies executed with customer and business focus; building and optimizing growth projects from conception through completion; and supporting the broader marketing team across all functional areas. You'll take on ad-hoc projects and drive initiatives in a self-directed manner within a fast-paced environment.
Enpal offers a hybrid work setup with flexibility to work internationally up to 30 days per year depending on role. REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a top-tier business school
- First work experience or internships in fast-growing companies (startups, consulting firms)
- Creativity and strong persuasion skills
- Analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented work approach
- Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
- Interest in building companies and learning new areas
- Goal-oriented, highly proactive, and responsible work style
- Experience prioritizing tasks in fast-paced environments with ability to deliver 100% effort on important initiatives
- High quality standards and can-do mentality that motivates others
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
