As Senior Strategic Account Manager for Consumer Lending, you will own the complete lifecycle success of Nova Credit's most strategic consumer lending customers. You'll drive revenue growth through new logo acquisition and expansion within existing accounts, working with leading fintechs, credit card issuers, and agile consumer lenders across North America.
In your first month, you'll understand Nova Credit's value proposition and products, meet key prospects and customers, and begin developing account plans. Within the first quarter, you'll master the full product suite, establish external relationships, lead Quarterly Business Reviews and executive steering committees, and generate new pipeline through targeted business development. You'll use data analytics to understand customer acquisition patterns and develop strategic narratives for executive audiences.
Within the first year, you'll deliver significant revenue growth through strategic account expansion, qualify and execute expansion opportunities (consumer acquisition marketing, credit policy optimization, technology enhancements), close new logo deals, serve as the voice of the consumer lending customer to the product team, and mentor team members.
You'll take a highly consultative approach, building deep trust-based relationships across your portfolio. The role is hybrid (3 days per week in NYC office on Mon/Tue/Thu) with approximately 25% travel to client sites. Reporting to the Head of Consumer Lending, you'll interface regularly with C-suite executives to align on joint business objectives and growth targets.
