Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, and business growth. The company specializes in enterprise compliance technology including communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management for global financial institutions. As Senior Strategic Account Manager, you will be the most senior individual contributor in the Strategic Account Management function. You will own a focused portfolio of 3–5 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts representing the most complex, multi-product, multi-region, multi-stakeholder relationships ($3M+ combined ARR each). Full end-to-end ownership includes elevated executive access and commercial complexity; you will lead C-suite and Head-of-level relationships independently. Beyond direct account ownership, you will define engagement standards across the function: creating vertical playbooks, establishing quality benchmarks and metrics, validating hiring assessments and onboarding materials, and leading internal learning sessions grounded in real account examples. You will serve as the escalation point for the most complex or commercially significant situations before they reach leadership, and deploy into at-risk accounts owned by other Strategic Account Managers to coach through resolution without displacing coverage. You will represent Behavox at industry events and conferences, lead Customer Advisory Boards and CCO communities, and participate actively in hiring and interview processes as a calibration voice on candidate quality. You bring expert-level understanding of multi-product, multi-region deployments of enterprise compliance technology at Tier 1 financial institutions. You independently build and sustain trusted advisory relationships with the most senior compliance, risk, and technology leaders. You have a track record of defining standards and processes that scale across teams, intervening in at-risk accounts to stabilize and coach resolution, and representing your company credibly in executive conversations about compliance strategy, product roadmap, and deployment value.
