Behavox is a data operating platform that helps multinational enterprises organize and activate data for risk management, compliance, revenue optimization, and business growth. The company specializes in enterprise compliance technology including communications surveillance, trade surveillance, compliant archiving, and policy management for global financial institutions.
The Senior Strategic Account Manager is the most senior individual contributor in Behavox's Strategic Account Management function. This role owns a focused portfolio of 3–5 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts—the most complex, multi-product, multi-region, multi-stakeholder relationships in the business, each representing $3M+ combined ARR. You will have full end-to-end ownership including elevated executive access and commercial complexity, leading C-suite and Head-of-level relationships independently.
Beyond direct account ownership, you will define engagement standards across the entire Strategic Account Management function. This includes creating vertical playbooks for common scenarios, establishing quality benchmarks and metrics, validating hiring assessments and onboarding materials, and leading internal learning sessions grounded in real account examples. You will serve as the escalation point for the most complex or commercially significant situations before they reach leadership, and deploy into at-risk accounts owned by other Strategic Account Managers to coach through resolution without taking over coverage.
You will represent Behavox at industry events and conferences, lead Customer Advisory Boards and CCO communities, and participate actively in hiring and interview processes as a calibration voice on candidate quality. This hybrid position is based in the Singapore office.
You bring expert-level understanding of multi-product, multi-region deployments of enterprise compliance technology at Tier 1 financial institutions, and the ability to independently build and sustain trusted advisory relationships with the most senior compliance, risk, and technology leaders. You are skilled at defining standards and processes, intervening in at-risk accounts, and representing the company's customer success and product vision to external audiences.
