You will serve as a Senior Staff Talent Sourcer focused on strategic talent discovery and pipeline development for corporate functions including Finance, Legal, People, Operations, Strategy, and IT. This is a high-impact individual contributor role that goes beyond resume screening—you'll build talent intelligence, develop market mapping strategies, cultivate candidate relationships, and create repeatable sourcing systems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing precision sourcing strategies for complex, specialized corporate hiring needs
- Serving as the go-to expert for talent intelligence and market analysis across multiple functions
- Proactively generating and qualifying candidates using modern AI tools and market research
- Building and maintaining candidate pipelines and professional relationships
- Creating scalable sourcing processes and best practices
- Partnering strategically with recruiters and hiring leaders to align sourcing with business needs
- Leveraging data-driven insights to identify world-class talent
