CesiumAstro is seeking a Senior Staff Electrical Engineer to serve as a technical authority for the design, development, analysis, integration, and verification of electrical systems and hardware for satellites, spacecraft, UAVs, launch vehicles, and other aerospace platforms.
In this role, you will establish electrical engineering methodologies, advance electrical technologies, and lead the organization's most complex electrical engineering initiatives that improve product performance, reliability, and mission success. You will work cross-functionally with electrical, mechanical, systems, software, manufacturing, integration and test, quality, and program teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
This is a hands-on, technical leadership position in a dynamic startup environment focused on developing cutting-edge communication systems for space and airborne platforms. The role contributes to product development strategy and technical direction while maintaining deep involvement in complex electrical engineering challenges.
