Checkout.com is a global fintech platform powering over 10 billion transactions yearly for more than one billion shoppers worldwide. The company partners with major brands like eBay, Spotify, Klarna, Uber, and Sony to deliver seamless digital payment experiences at scale. You will serve as a Senior Specialist in Account Management, acting as the primary business advisor and point of contact for Checkout.com's most strategic Enterprise accounts in the United Kingdom. This is a high-touch, consultative role where you will nurture long-term relationships, drive expansion within existing merchant portfolios, and act as the voice of the product and brand ambassador. Key responsibilities include: - Growing existing enterprise merchant portfolios by identifying expansion opportunities, cross-selling value-add services, and increasing share of wallet - Crafting and executing merchant-specific account development plans with clear growth opportunities and success paths - Building consultative, high-touch relationships through regular face-to-face and virtual communications - Delivering expertise and guidance as a payments consultant, helping merchants develop comprehensive global payments strategies - Negotiating win-win pricing structures based on deep understanding of merchant revenue drivers - Tracking project deliverables and maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, Clari, and other CRM tools - Leveraging deep knowledge of Checkout.com's products, services, and partner networks to address merchant needs - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Legal, Integration, and Support teams to ensure exceptional merchant experiences - Making data-driven decisions and providing merchants with metric-driven insights - Contributing to a culture of cross-team learning and continuous improvement The ideal candidate is independent, high-achieving, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, ambitious environment. You will need business savvy, gravitas, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels. Checkout.com operates a hybrid model with three days per week in the London office to support collaboration and connection. The company has 20 offices across six continents with London as headquarters. QUALIFICATIONS: - 3+ years of commercial experience in B2B Account Management or Relationship Management roles in FinTech and/or Payments industry - Proven track record of driving and exceeding revenue targets and managing strategic account portfolios - Experience negotiating and pricing strategy deals specific to the UK market - Good knowledge of major e-commerce and payments technologies, key players, and future trends - Customer-driven mindset with ability to establish robust relationships with assigned customer base - Ability to adapt to changing requirements and balance multiple opportunities concurrently
