Snyk is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to join its Solutions Architecture & SME team, supporting go-to-market efforts for its AI-native Developer Security Platform. This role bridges technical expertise and business value realization, partnering with pre-sales, sales, and cross-functional teams to drive enterprise deals and shape product strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue by partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers on large deals ($1M+), addressing technical concerns through deep-dive sessions and removing deal-specific roadblocks.
- Create "big picture" solution architecture grounded in technical realities while articulating Business Value Realization strategies aligned with customer stakeholder priorities.
- Serve as a technical enabler for pre-sales and post-sales teams, mentoring the global Solutions Engineering community and influencing best practices.
- Capture and prioritize field feedback to inform Product strategy; build productive relationships with Engineering and Product teams to address gaps and steer direction.
- Create and deliver compelling technical content and presentations on product positioning, differentiators, and best practices to internal teams, partners, and customers, including large audiences (50+) in-person and virtually.
- Navigate high-pressure security objections and build rapport with C-level executives, translating developer workflows into enterprise priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or Solution Architecture experience, including track record with $1M+ opportunities and alignment of technical solutions with complex business challenges.
- Hands-on Software Development and Application Security experience (SAST, SCA, DAST, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills; ability to engage executive leadership and navigate complex stakeholder environments.
- Deep technical understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps ecosystems.
- Direct experience with agentic software development and building AI-native applications.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, create alignment, and delight stakeholders.
- Experience with Financial and Insurance organizations is a bonus.
