- Partner with activation and account management teams to translate requirements into scalable architectures, particularly for ERP, HRIS, and API integrations
- Conduct technical discovery with sales teams to understand customer systems, data flows, and workflows; recommend integration blueprints
- Work hands-on with customers to troubleshoot integration challenges and guide complex configuration decisions
- Serve as subject matter expert on the integration ecosystem (HRIS, accounting partners), collaborating across Sales, Product, and partners
- Create internal documentation, playbooks, and tooling to support integration-heavy use cases at scale
- Channel customer pain points and feedback into Product and Engineering roadmap prioritization
You bring 5+ years of experience in implementation, onboarding, customer success, or project management on complex, multi-stakeholder technology or financial services projects. You have 4+ years of client-facing delivery in SaaS, fintech, consulting, or systems integration. You excel at cross-functional collaboration with C-level executives, technical teams, and operations. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
The role is based in Amsterdam (3 days in office) with implementation coverage across EMEA. You'll work with a team of 2,300+ across 27 global offices at a $11B company backed by T. Rowe Price, Visa, Mastercard, Sequoia, and others.
