Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its customer-facing Solutions Engineering team. This role is based remotely and requires fluency in Arabic to serve customers in the MENA region.
As a Solutions Engineer, you will be the bridge between Grafana's technical engineering teams, customers, and the sales organization. You will partner closely with sales to qualify and close complex opportunities by demonstrating deep product expertise and understanding customer requirements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with sales to articulate Grafana's value proposition, vision, and strategy to prospects and customers
- Owning technical engagement with customers and helping close complex deals through advanced competitive knowledge and technical credibility
- Delivering product and technical presentations to potential and existing customers
- Communicating with customers and internal teams to provide feedback on products and competitive landscape
- Driving product conversations based on customer needs and problems
- Contributing to enablement materials including documentation, blog posts, videos, and knowledge base articles
You should have 5+ years of technical pre-sales or solutions engineering experience. Strong written and oral communication skills are essential, along with the ability to articulate technical advantages and value propositions to diverse audiences. You must be comfortable with complex assignments requiring judgment, collaboration, and leadership. A technical mindset with desire for continuous growth is important. Arabic language proficiency is required for this role.
