Salary: USD 153,000 - 211,396 / annual

As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the Public Sector, you will support Federal Civilian and DoD customers, serving as a trusted technical advisor on cloud security across AWS, Azure, and GCP. You'll report to the Federal Solutions Engineering Manager and partner directly with regional account executives to help customers transform their cloud security approach.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with sales teams to provide technical leadership to Federal customers and prospects, supporting quarterly sales targets
- Deliver world-class technical presentations including whiteboards, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value outcomes
- Help customers design and execute in-depth test plans to validate Wiz platform value in their environments
- Stay current with product features, industry developments, and expand your technical skillset
- Represent Wiz at technical forums, trade shows, and industry events
You should bring mastery of the technical sales process, experience delivering solutions to C-level executives at enterprise customers, and the ability to thrive in a creative technical role. Required expertise includes cloud security fundamentals, hands-on experience with AWS/Azure/GCP, network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, containers, risk-based security assessments, and cloud identity/access/certificate management. Bonus skills include CSPM tools, SaaS experience, CI/CD awareness, and Infrastructure as Code familiarity.
This is a full-time position with base salary, bonus, equity, and benefits. Travel is required. Candidates must be U.S. persons (citizens, green card holders, or protected persons) residing in the contiguous United States. No visa sponsorship available.
