Wiz is a fast-growing cloud and AI security platform trusted by over 65% of the Fortune 100. The company recently became part of Google, combining Wiz's cloud security expertise with Google's threat intelligence and security operations capabilities.
As a Senior Solutions Engineer for the New England Enterprise region, you will be the technical authority supporting enterprise customers in AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud security. Reporting to the regional Manager of Solutions Engineering, you will partner directly with account executives to serve as a trusted advisor on cloud security strategy and implementation.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partnering with the sales team to provide technical leadership and help meet quarterly targets
- Delivering technical presentations including whiteboards, product demonstrations, and proof-of-value outcomes to customers and prospects
- Designing and executing in-depth test plans to demonstrate Wiz platform value in customer environments
- Staying current with product features, industry developments, and expanding technical expertise
- Representing Wiz at industry events, trade shows, and technical forums
You will need hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), network engineering, operating systems, virtual machines, and containers. Strong background in risk-based security assessments, cloud identity and access management, and CSPM tools is essential. Sales engineering experience presenting to C-level executives is required. Up to 40% travel is expected.
Preferred experience includes technical sales process mastery, channel partner enablement, CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code familiarity, and SaaS delivery models.
