As a Senior Solutions Engineer specializing in Maintenance, you'll lead the go-to-market launch of Motive's new Maintenance Platform. Unlike traditional Solutions Engineers with a fixed book of business, you'll operate as a specialist overlay—parachuting into high-value opportunities across the field wherever maintenance expertise accelerates deal closure.
You'll act as the domain authority and trusted advisor on maintenance workflows for both technical and business stakeholders. Your responsibilities include partnering with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers to shape deal strategy, driving discovery conversations, and delivering tailored demos that position maintenance as central to the evaluation. You'll showcase platform value by connecting maintenance workflows to measurable business outcomes, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor to technicians and executives alike.
Reporting directly to Solutions Engineering leadership, you'll collaborate across Sales, Product, Trial Success, and Product Marketing—not just to win deals, but to co-author the go-to-market motion itself and feed real-time field signal into the product roadmap. This role requires deep domain expertise in maintenance operations, strong business acumen, and excellent communication skills to map maintenance challenges to platform capabilities and influence buying decisions.
