Snyk is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to lead the technical strategy for enterprise opportunities in EMEA, with a focus on Snyk Evo—the company's newest platform designed to secure AI-generated code, agents, and models. This role bridges developer workflows, security leadership, and C-suite priorities, translating complex AI-era security challenges into compelling business cases.
Key responsibilities include owning the technical narrative for Snyk Evo and AI-native development risk; partnering with Account Directors to co-lead sales strategy for high-stakes enterprise deals; constructing Value Realization Frameworks that map Snyk's capabilities to measurable business outcomes; building sophisticated ROI and TCO models for C-suite decision-makers; scoping and leading proofs of concept and pilots covering agentic AI, MCP servers, and LLM-assisted coding; presenting Snyk's value proposition to CISOs, CTOs, and Distinguished Engineers; identifying and executing land-and-expand initiatives such as compliance automation and supply chain risk management; and acting as a strategic liaison between customers and Snyk's product and engineering teams.
Required qualifications: 5+ years selling into or partnering with IT Security in large organizations; 5+ years of Solutions Engineering or comparable technical experience on £500K+ opportunities; exposure to software development and Application Security; hands-on experience with AI/LLM systems (evaluating models, building or securing agentic workflows, working with MCP servers); exceptional communication skills and ability to navigate security objections with executive leadership; deep technical understanding of software development lifecycle, cloud-native architectures, and modern DevOps; background in or passion for Value Engineering; bias-for-action mindset; familiarity with MEDDPICC framework; based in or around London with ability to work hybrid from Snyk's London office.
Desirable: hands-on production experience building, securing, or deploying agentic AI systems or LLM applications; experience selling or consulting into Financial Services, Insurance, or regulated enterprise sectors; open-source contributions or active voice in developer/security/AI communities.
