Keyfactor is the leader in trust infrastructure for AI and machines, helping enterprises and government agencies manage cryptographic identities that safeguard digital interactions. The Senior Solutions Engineer will lead technical discussions and solution development for key accounts in the Iberia and broader EMEA territory, operating as both a high-level consultant engaging C-suite executives and a trusted technical advisor to prospects and customers.
Responsibilities include leading technical discussions with key clients to understand requirements and deliver advanced solutions aligned with business objectives; driving tailored solution development for key accounts; providing subject matter expertise to internal teams and clients; contributing to strategic sales initiatives leveraging deep product knowledge; collaborating cross-functionally with product, engineering, and other teams to align customer requirements with product capabilities; staying current on industry trends and competitor offerings; acting as a trusted advisor building strong client relationships; mentoring junior team members; and participating in product testing to provide actionable feedback.
The role requires extensive experience leading technical discussions and solution development for key accounts, demonstrated ability to contribute to strategic sales initiatives and mentor junior team members, strategic thinking for sales strategy development, strong mentorship skills, and adaptability to evolving market dynamics. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required. The position involves 50% or more travel and operates on a hybrid work model based in Barcelona or Madrid.
