Trulioo is the global leader in digital identity verification, enabling organizations to onboard customers, optimize costs, and combat fraud across 195 countries. This Senior Solutions Consultant role sits at the intersection of technology, revenue, and customer success, reporting to the Manager of Solutions Consulting EMEA.
You will be the key technical point of contact for Trulioo's most strategic enterprise customers, owning the discovery process to uncover business objectives and technical requirements. Your responsibilities include running technical demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, translating complex technical and business requirements into scalable solutions, and collaborating cross-functionally with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and Service Delivery teams to ensure customers realize maximum value from the platform.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role requiring deep technical problem-solving while influencing strategic outcomes. You'll advise on best practices across identity, compliance, fraud, risk, and integrations, adapting your approach to different customer contexts and technical depths.
You bring 3-5 years of experience in Senior Technical Support, Solutions Consulting, or Implementation Specialist roles, ideally with exposure to identity verification, compliance, or fintech. Strong API expertise (REST, OAuth, JSON/XML) is essential, along with the ability to simplify complex concepts and communicate confidently with stakeholders at all levels. A post-secondary degree or equivalent combination of experience and education is required. Familiarity with LLMs and AI tools is a bonus.
