Razorpay is seeking a Senior Solutions Consultant to serve as a technical and strategic partner to the enterprise sales team. In this role, you will bridge customer challenges with Razorpay's innovative payment solutions, acting as a change leader and revenue catalyst for the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
• Partnering with enterprise sales to understand customer business goals, technical pain points, and challenges. You will architect comprehensive solutions leveraging Razorpay's core products and custom capabilities, requiring deep product knowledge across the entire platform.
• Creating and delivering compelling presentations, solution documents, and business proposals. You will translate complex technical concepts into clear, executive-level narratives that demonstrate Razorpay's unique value proposition and quantify business impact.
• Enabling the enterprise sales pipeline by leading technical discussions, building solution demonstrations, and authoring detailed RFP responses for major deals. Your expertise will directly influence revenue attainment.
• Driving strategic vertical solutions by leveraging deep industry knowledge to identify and champion innovative solutions addressing systemic problems within specific verticals.
• Collaborating across sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure customer success and gather feedback that informs product development.
