The Solutions Consulting team delivers exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. As a Senior Solutions Consultant, you will be the bridge between Sales, Product, and customers, driving deal execution and long-term customer success.
Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with Sales and Account Executives to conduct technical and functional consultations with prospects and customers
- Discover and present how Eightfold's solutions transform business processes and future-proof operations
- Design and lead product demonstrations and workshops to build deep customer understanding
- Provide technical guidance during sales cycles to ensure consistent deal closure
- Influence product strategy by synthesizing customer feedback and collaborating with the Product team on new features
- Lead solution design and delivery for complex deals
- Maintain relationships pre- and post-sale through continuous support
- Communicate technology vision to business leaders
- Represent Eightfold at industry events, trade shows, and speaking panels
You bring:
- Strong desire to solve employment challenges and join a high-growth mission
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English (other European languages a plus)
- Customer-facing and Solutions Consulting or Sales Engineering experience
- Background in Talent Intelligence, Human Capital Management, Talent Acquisition, or Talent Management (highly desirable)
- Affinity for AI technology and the startup ecosystem
- Ownership mindset and ability to drive results independently
- Demo automation software experience is a plus
