Salary: SGD 238,000 - 280,000 / annual

As Senior Solutions Architect based in Singapore, you will be Temporal's primary customer-facing technical leader for the APJ region. You'll work directly with prospects and customers to determine application suitability for Temporal's platform, educate them on technical benefits and limitations, and position Temporal against competing technologies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with prospects to assess fit for Temporal's platform
- Educating customers on technical benefits, limitations, and cloud service advantages
- Positioning Temporal against competing technologies and architectural patterns
- Fostering adoption and expansion within customer engineering organizations
- Partnering with Account Executives on comprehensive account plans
- Managing relationships with technical decision-makers to maximize Temporal adoption
- Serving as strategic technical advisor to Sales team on scoping, sizing, and technical fit
You bring exceptional technical communication skills (presenting, whiteboarding, writing), deep understanding of distributed systems design principles, and proficiency in building prototypes using Temporal's supported languages (Java, Golang, TypeScript, Python, C#, PHP). You have firm grasp of production operational considerations including security, reliability, performance, cost management, and operations. You can provide insightful architectural advice on application patterns and platform architectures, with experience in major cloud providers and familiarity with common application development and production services.
Must reside in Singapore and be eligible to work without sponsorship. Occasional travel required for company events and team offsites.
