Postman is the world's leading API platform used by 45+ million developers and 500,000 organizations, including 98% of the Fortune 500. As a Senior Solutions Architect for Strategic Accounts, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor and strategic partner to Postman's most critical enterprise customers.
You will manage a portfolio of marquee accounts, acting as the technical lead and business strategist who guides customers through the entire API lifecycle. Your responsibilities include developing deep understanding of each customer's strategic initiatives, organizational goals, and API maturity, then aligning Postman's platform to support outcomes like digital acceleration, internal developer productivity, and API monetization.
Key responsibilities include: serving as technical lead for strategic enterprise accounts; translating business drivers and pain points into actionable technical strategies; articulating complex problem spaces (API governance, developer onboarding, service discoverability, versioning) into clear implementation paths; identifying recurring usage patterns and unmet needs across your portfolio to influence Postman's strategic direction; contributing to internal playbooks and reusable architectures; acting as critical feedback loop to Product and Engineering teams; adopting a hunter mindset to uncover new use cases and expansion opportunities within accounts; collaborating with Account Executives and Customer Success Managers to drive revenue growth; and operating as a hub of strategic account intelligence across Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Partnerships teams.
You will define and drive joint success plans reflecting both technical enablement and business value realization. You'll lead or contribute to cross-functional account reviews and customer business reviews (QBRs). This role requires fluency in French, Spanish, or Portuguese to serve Postman's European and Latin American strategic accounts.
