As a Senior Solutions Architect, you'll be a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers throughout the sales cycle. You'll lead technical discovery sessions to understand customer needs, deliver compelling pre-sales demonstrations of Fin's AI capabilities, and design tailored Proof of Concepts that showcase platform value. Your role bridges sales and product, ensuring customer insights directly inform product development.
Key responsibilities include conducting value-based solution reviews with C-level stakeholders, managing complex RFPs and security assessments, and collaborating cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams. You'll build lasting customer relationships by approaching challenges with empathy and curiosity, while continuously improving the Solutions Engineering playbook.
You'll need minimum 5 years of technical pre-sales experience with demonstrated ability to manage C-level relationships and translate complex business challenges into tailored solutions. Strong technical acumen, independent problem-solving, and excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences are essential. Experience with POCs, RFPs, and security assessments is required. The role requires occasional travel and thrives in dynamic, collaborative team environments.
