GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, prospects, and partners in South Korea. In this role, you'll guide organizations through digital transformation using GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform, helping them understand how the platform addresses technical requirements and business objectives across the software development lifecycle.
Key responsibilities include leading technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation sessions; owning the technical evaluation process including solution design, proofs of concept, workshops, and tender support; and collaborating with Account Executives to shape account strategies focused on enterprise acquisition and expansion. You'll support GitLab's South Korea go-to-market partners by enabling consistent technical delivery and best practices, represent GitLab at industry events and webinars, and build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders.
You'll also serve as the voice of the customer to product management, sharing feedback, use cases, and competitive insights that inform the product roadmap. Your expertise in modern software development, DevSecOps practices, CI/CD workflows, cloud computing, and enterprise sales will be critical. Experience with large conglomerate organizations (Chaebols) and familiarity with GitLab or comparable source control platforms is highly valued.
This is a customer-facing technical role requiring strong communication skills, the ability to adapt messaging for different audiences, and deep knowledge of the software development lifecycle. You'll drive successful platform adoption, support revenue growth through solution selling, and build long-term relationships that demonstrate GitLab's differentiated position in the AI-driven DevSecOps landscape.
