GitLab is seeking a Senior Solutions Architect to serve as a trusted technical advisor to prospects, customers, and partners across India's Southern Region. You'll support Commercial and Enterprise segments, helping organizations understand how GitLab's AI-powered DevSecOps platform addresses their technical requirements and business goals across the software development lifecycle.
In this role, you'll lead technical discovery, demonstrations, and validation activities. You'll own the technical evaluation process, including solution design, proofs of concept or value, workshops, and contributions to tenders and audits. Working closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams, you'll shape solution architectures, support revenue growth through solution selling, and bring customer feedback to Product Management.
You'll represent GitLab at marketing events, webinars, industry conferences, and hackathons. You'll build trusted relationships with technical practitioners and business leaders, guiding GitLab-driven transformation and helping customers become advocates. You'll also support regional go-to-market partners providing Professional Services, ensuring consistent technical guidance during partner-led engagements.
Your expertise will span the end-to-end software development lifecycle, modern DevSecOps practices, CI/CD workflows, and cloud computing. You'll advise customers on modern software development, security, and cloud practices to improve their return on investment. Experience with India's Global Capability Centers (GCCs), Digital Native organizations, and startups is highly valued given the accounts you'll support.
