UiPath is seeking a Senior Solution Engineer based in Riyadh to drive revenue generation through technical leadership of sales opportunities. You will partner closely with Account Executives throughout the entire sales cycle, combining business acumen with deep technical expertise to present and demonstrate automation solutions to enterprise clients.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting end-to-end sales activities and developing compelling value propositions
- Analyzing customer business requirements to identify automation opportunities
- Translating strategic business challenges into UiPath platform capabilities
- Articulating high-level solutions tailored to client needs and technical environments
- Demonstrating products and leading technical engagements across the sales process
- Driving end-user adoption through events, seminars, webinars, and technical training
- Collaborating with Customer Delivery and Professional Services teams to implement solutions
- Supporting marketing initiatives through evangelism, blogs, speaking engagements, and industry events
- Providing industry-relevant perspectives on market trends and client objectives
- Managing multiple concurrent opportunities with effective prioritization
- Staying current with technology trends, industry changes, and presales best practices
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or strategic consulting
- Technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies
- Results-oriented, outcome-focused mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and proactive with innovative approaches
- Proven ability to build strong internal and external relationships
- Diplomacy and composure under pressure
- Fluent English and Arabic (written and spoken) – mandatory
- Team player mentality in fast-paced environments
