Blitzy is an AI software development platform that autonomously builds custom software, transforming how enterprises develop applications. The company is Cambridge, MA-based, backed by tier-1 investors, and founded by experienced entrepreneurs.
As Senior Solution Consultant for Healthcare, you will be the technical advisor and trusted partner for enterprise healthcare customers evaluating Blitzy's platform. You'll engage directly with engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the technical advisor for healthcare customers, diagnosing pain points and mapping them to Blitzy's capabilities
- Leading technical discussions around software architecture, CI/CD, cloud infrastructure, APIs, and developer workflows
- Running proofs-of-concept and demonstrating measurable business impact
- Delivering compelling platform demos to senior developers, CTOs, and CIOs
- Owning complex enterprise sales cycles end-to-end from first touch through PoC to contract close
- Helping customers integrate Blitzy into existing development environments
- Building trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders and positioning Blitzy as a strategic development partner
- Driving post-sale adoption and expansion across customer teams
- Acting as the technical conduit between Blitzy's CTO, AI Engineering team, and customers
- Partnering closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering teams throughout the customer lifecycle
- Translating customer feedback into product improvements and roadmap insights
You should have 7+ years in software engineering, solutions consulting, solutions architecture, or technical leadership. Required expertise includes enterprise software development, cloud infrastructure, APIs, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices. Experience as an Engineering Manager, Technical Lead, or Solutions Architect is preferred. Background with AI/ML technologies, enterprise SaaS, developer tooling, and companies like Microsoft, Google, AWS, or Salesforce is valued. You must communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineers and executives, operate effectively in fast-paced environments, and have experience helping companies modernize engineering workflows.
