Socure is building identity trust infrastructure for the digital economy, verifying identities in real time and stopping fraud before it starts. As a Senior Pre-Sales Solution Consultant focused on Fintech, you will be the primary technical point-of-contact throughout the sales cycle for fintech and payments prospects.
You will partner closely with Account Executive Directors to lead discovery with prospects, deeply understanding their business models (neobanks, BNPL, card issuing, sponsor banks), risk posture, regulatory constraints, and onboarding/transaction flows. You'll translate these requirements into tailored Socure solution architectures, designing end-to-end identity and fraud workflows across the platform including API integration patterns, decisioning logic, rules, and data orchestration.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with Data Science to scope and execute proof-of-concepts and backtests for fintech prospects, defining success metrics and evaluation methodology. You'll interpret results and present clear recommendations to both technical and executive stakeholders. You'll also partner with Product and Product Marketing to funnel field insights into roadmap discussions and thought leadership content.
You'll participate in business development activities including building demos, presenting solution recommendations, contributing to RFPs/RFIs, and constructing statements of work and pricing scenarios. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders (CRO, CISO, CTO, Head of Risk/Compliance), you'll simplify complex statistical and technical concepts into actionable business decisions.
You'll ensure smooth handoffs from pre- to post-sales by partnering with Solution Consultants, Customer Success, and Technical Project Managers. You'll contribute to internal best practices for fintech solution design and mentor junior consultants. Staying ahead of fintech trends, fraud vectors, and evolving regulations will be essential to guiding clients and influencing internal strategy.
