Prenuvo is transforming healthcare through proactive, preventative medicine. The company operates award-winning whole-body MRI scanning clinics (fast, safe, non-invasive) and is building an integrated stack of hardware, software, and AI to shift the industry from reactive sick-care to proactive health care. You will join the Clinical Engineering team as a Senior Software Engineer II focused on the Salesforce platform. Your primary responsibility is to engineer and deliver Prenuvo functionality across Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud, managing the complete delivery lifecycle from development through sandbox to production. Key responsibilities include: - Design, build, and deploy complex Salesforce Health Cloud and Sales Cloud solutions - Serve as a subject matter expert on Salesforce Health Cloud, providing guidance and best practices to engineering teams - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, external implementation partners, and Product & Engineering teams - Integrate Salesforce Health Cloud with external systems using healthcare data standards (HL7, FHIR) - Migrate existing business processes to Salesforce while maintaining security and compliance for health data - Implement CI/CD pipelines and manage the full software delivery lifecycle You bring 5+ years of experience delivering complex Salesforce systems, particularly in healthcare contexts. Your technical toolkit includes Java, Python, Apex, and Lightning development. You have hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Github Actions, CircleCI, Jenkins), understand healthcare data standards and security/access controls, and can prioritize requirements to address underlying needs rather than immediate requests.
