This Senior Software Engineer role focuses on Salesforce development and architecture. You will be proficient across the full Software Development Life Cycle, leading projects from design through deployment while coordinating with cross-functional teams. Key responsibilities include:
• Lead end-to-end project delivery and coordinate with other teams across the organization
• Guide adoption of new processes and technical tools through rigorous evaluation and critical assessment
• Provide technical oversight for quality, standards, and guidelines
• Serve as the technical anchor for your team, demonstrating leadership and mentoring junior developers
• Interface with product owners and stakeholders to clarify requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Author scalable technical documentation that meets current needs and supports future business goals
• Implement high-quality, scalable Salesforce solutions following best practices in configuration and code
• Conduct code reviews, optimization, and refactoring to minimize technical debt
• Collaborate on integrations between Salesforce and external systems, ensuring seamless data flow
• Debug production issues and create comprehensive resolution plans
• Stay current on Salesforce features and recommend process improvements
You bring 8–10 years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce APIs. You have hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Manufacturing, Service, and Data Cloud modules. You excel at data modeling, reporting, and database design, and have proven success building and maintaining integrations. Active Salesforce certifications and MuleSoft experience are desirable. You combine strong problem-solving and critical thinking with excellent communication skills, collaborative mindset, and comfort working across diverse, multi-regional teams.
