You'll join as a Senior Software Engineer focused on product, working full-stack with backend emphasis. You'll collaborate closely with Product, Design, Operations, customers, and engineering teammates to design, build, and ship scalable solutions addressing real healthcare challenges. The role involves solving complex, messy problems—single patient workflows cross multiple systems, customer needs vary, and reliability and privacy are non-negotiable.
Key responsibilities include: developing features and products from MVP to mature scale; working on user interfaces, APIs, data models, background jobs, and third-party integrations; participating in design and development discussions alongside founders; engaging with healthcare professionals to understand real-world needs; shipping reliable products quickly while maintaining high ownership; and building HIPAA-compliant, secure software solutions.
You'll have significant autonomy, be involved in key decisions, and move fast with the team to deliver five-star customer experiences. The tech stack includes TypeScript, React, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, and Postgres—experience across all is not required.
