SeatGeek is modernizing the ticketing industry by simplifying how fans access live events and how venues reach audiences. You'll join the team building SeatGeek.com, working on fast, reliable, and delightful user experiences.
In this role, you'll collaborate with design and product teams to bring AI-powered features to life, mentor web engineers across the organization, and advance the frontend tech strategy with a focus on generative AI. You'll work end-to-end on product initiatives, from conception through deployment.
You bring 5+ years of professional frontend engineering experience, with recent leadership of product initiatives and preferably exposure to user-facing AI. You have exceptional command of TypeScript/JavaScript and familiarity with modern frameworks like React and Next.js. You care deeply about UI/UX, understand how users interact with products, and can build inclusive, accessible experiences. You're comfortable diving into performance optimization, caching inefficiencies, and distributed systems troubleshooting. You can work full-stack in Python when needed and have some experience with design tools like Figma or Sketch—or the willingness to learn.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, Python, Next.js, React, AWS, Kubernetes, Fastly, Datadog, Mixpanel, and Eppo. You don't need prior experience with these specific tools; what matters is your problem-solving approach and ability to learn quickly.
