You'll join the Financial Sync team building a scalable platform for internal engineering and external ERP partners. The role focuses on enabling any Tabs engineering team to add new business entities with complex logic while ensuring data arrives reliably at merchants' ERP/GL systems.
Key responsibilities include: building the next-generation Financial Sync ERP platform to support new vendor integrations; shipping features that unblock customer adoption; enhancing the usage-to-billing pipeline (ingesting events, aggregating data, enabling dynamic pricing); working across the full stack (front-end workflow builders, backend, event infrastructure); and mentoring engineers across the growing organization.
You'll own systems end-to-end from design through production support, balance correctness with shipping useful initial versions, apply systems thinking to solve architectural problems, and navigate startup uncertainty with both conviction and flexibility. The role requires comfort with domains outside your expertise (accounting) and collaborative problem-solving.
The tech stack includes TypeScript, Node, NestJS, React, Next.js, Java/Kafka, Postgres, Redis, and ClickHouse. The company values learning velocity over exact stack experience and seeks engineers who are excellent teammates.
