You will join as a Senior Software Engineer focused on building the Data Catalog product. This is a high-impact individual contributor role requiring 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong track record of technical leadership and organization-wide influence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and building backend services and distributed systems with clear ownership, strong reliability, and well-defined interfaces
- Turning ambiguous product ideas into focused launches with fast feedback loops and durable technical foundations
- Leveraging AI tools to accelerate development while maintaining judgment around correctness, security, and architecture
- Applying strong security and systems expertise, particularly in authorization, identity, data movement, audit logs, and policy enforcement
- Bringing product sense to enterprise software with a bias toward customer-visible impact and operational simplicity
Required qualifications:
- 6+ years of professional software engineering experience with demonstrated technical leadership and org-wide impact
- Deep backend and distributed systems expertise
- High agency and bias toward shipping; ability to move from ambiguity to execution
- AI-native engineering mindset with hands-on experience using AI tools
- Strong security and systems judgment
- Product sense for enterprise software
