As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own end-to-end product features for Unframe's AI Agent platform for IT Service Management. You'll work across the full stack—frontend, backend, and AI agents—collaborating with product, engineering, and research teams to deliver enterprise-grade AI capabilities.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building and scaling full-stack features using modern web technologies and AI agent frameworks
- Developing AI agents leveraging Claude, Gemini, and OpenAI APIs
- Designing reliable, scalable, and cost-efficient agent workflows with context management, prompt caching, and tool use
- Defining engineering standards and contributing to architecture decisions
- Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment
You bring 7+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with strong proficiency in React/Vue, TypeScript, and Python. You have practical experience with LLM APIs and AI agent development, plus familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes), databases (PostgreSQL), infrastructure-as-code (Terraform), and data orchestration tools (Airflow/MWAA, EMR). A product mindset, startup experience, and strong communication skills are essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include engineering management experience, harness engineering knowledge, security-sensitive infrastructure experience (sandboxing, workload isolation, credential management), and prior work deploying LLM/AI systems in enterprise or regulated environments.
