As a Senior Software Engineer, you will own feature delivery from ideation through release, leading the development of new capabilities while ensuring business requirements are met with excellence. You'll contribute directly to the architecture and development of high-complexity features, tackling challenging technical problems in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include establishing and promoting engineering best practices across the team to ensure quality, performance, and scalability. You'll explore and integrate cutting-edge technologies to continuously improve platform functionality, while serving as a mentor and catalyst for peers. The role emphasizes a customer-centric mindset, delivering exceptional user experiences by deeply understanding customer needs.
Required qualifications: 7+ years delivering highly scalable, distributed SaaS products with multi-tenancy architectures. Strong expertise in TypeScript and Python, with proficiency in React, HTML, CSS, Node.js, and Docker. You should have solid understanding of microservice architecture, RESTful services, and experience designing relational schemas for PostgreSQL or MySQL. Cloud platform experience (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud) is essential. Additional valuable experience includes real-time data/event systems, UV, Vite, Redis, Express, and Inversify.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, comfortable working independently and collaboratively, with excellent communication skills. You thrive in fast-moving startups, are adaptable as requirements change, and willing to learn new technologies. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent required. Experience with AI/LLM integration, Microsoft Office Add-in development, or clinical trials/regulated healthcare domains is a strong plus.
