As a Senior Software Engineer focused on full-stack development, you will be a core member of the product engineering team. Your responsibilities include:
- Architecting and building a universal React Native application serving iOS, Android, and web platforms
- Developing and maintaining a FastAPI Python backend service that orchestrates LLM agents, clinical logic, and care delivery workflows
- Designing systems that integrate labs, prescriptions, and video visit capabilities
- Shaping product architecture in a greenfield environment while supporting a live product serving hundreds of daily patients
- Collaborating with clinical, product, and design teams to translate healthcare requirements into robust technical solutions
- Establishing engineering best practices and standards as the team scales
